Former Southern Terminus

At the time this photo was taken, AL 181 ended here at US 90 at Malbis, just south of I-10. Ca. 2004, AL 181 was extended south along most of the length of Baldwin CR 27, almost but not quite to US 98. It is proposed to eventually end at US 98 west of Foley.
