At I-35W in Minneapolis, MN At University Ave in Minneapolis, MN

Originally part of US 12 between downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota, the roadway between I-35W and the University/Washington Ave intersection on the U of M campus became MN 122 when US 12 was rerouted to I-94 in 1988.  MN 122 lasted less than a decade, being decommissioned in the late 1990s.

Western Terminus
