Western Terminus
First signage entering Minnesota from Iowa. As of mid-2008, MnDOT and IaDOT are in the process of building a new bypass of Bigelow, so this current terminus is only temporary. Photo by Neil Bratney, taken June 18, 2002. |
Eastern Terminus
In Wabasha, this is where the new Mississippi River Bridge touches down on the Minnesota side. The bridge was built in the early '90s to replace the old, narrow, and deteriorating span which was built around 1930. Photo by Richard Lee. |
Eastbound Photos
These photos show eastbound MN 60 from its junction
with I-90 in Worthington to US 169 South, near Mankato. Included are the
relatively new 4-lane between Worthington and Windom, the segment through
Windom, bypasses of Mountain Lake, Butterfield, St. James, and Madelia, and the
segment through Lake Crystal. Photos are shown
in the order they were taken. Click on a thumbnail to view a larger photo.
