Wentzville, MO to Clear Lake, IA

Background:

This fictional freeway is my take on the "Avenue of the Saints" corridor.  Although the corridor itself is being built as a mix of freeway and expressway, my idea here represents what it might look like if it were to become full Interstate.  I chose I-37 as the route number as it fits the numbering scheme and there is also precedent behind having two separate Interstates having the same route number (i.e. I-84, I-86, I-88).
