Alabama has a number of proposed major highways.  Besides the "Memphis-to-Atlanta Interstate", there is the "West Alabama Toll Road", which would link Mobile, Tuscaloosa, and the Muscle Shoals area.  The "toll road" is depicted on Fictional Cruise as Interstate 63.
