In Fictional Cruise, the I-28/I-128/I-428 interchange occupies the existing I-565/AL 255 interchange.  I-28 follows the proposed Memphis-Huntsville-Atlanta Interstate south through Redstone Arsenal, while I-128 continues along present-day I-565 and eventually US 72, and I-428 forms a "North Loop", in part using AL 255.
