In real life, this is the I-20/I-59US 45 cloverleaf interchange.  In Fictional Cruise, both I-57 and I-259 utilize the US 45 Meridian Bypass, with I-259 terminating here at I-20/59.  MS 19 is rerouted utilizing the bypass, and the interchange itself gets C/D roads and a westbound I-20/59 to southbound I-57/259 flyover.
