Description

This short segment of US 10 serves two purposes: as a feeder for traffic between St. Paul and the northwestern suburbs, and as a shortcut for traffic that would otherwise use the ramps between I-35W to the north and I-694 to the east.

Future Plans

Long-term goals are to convert this segment of US 10 to a freeway. An interim step being planned is for an interchange at Ramsey CSAH 96 (but not full elimination of at-grade access)
