My fictional I-59/I-259 interchange would be a partial interchange, with access to/from the south and both directions on I-259.  This interchange would serve the eastbound-to-southbound and northbound-to-westbound movements at the real-life I-20/I-59 interchange.  The interchange at US 11 would be just south of Meridian Regional Airport.
