Two fictional freeways here.  First, my fictional I-259 Meridian South Bypass would utilize a portion of the existing US 45 Meridian bypass.  Second, my fictional I-57 extension, generally following US 45 south to Mobile, AL, would also utilize the US 45 Meridian Bypass.  This fictional interchange would be a 3-way directional, with I-259 continuing along I-57 to terminate at I-20/59.
