In real life, this is the US 45/MS 19 interchange (a diamond).  In Fictional Cruise, both I-57 and I-259 utilize the US 45 Meridian Bypass, while MS 19 gets rerouted around Meridian via existing US 45 and the often-proposed Meridian North Bypass.  Also, existing MS 19 through Meridian gets renumbered MS 119.
