This is based on an actual proposal.  MnDOT District 6 and the communities and counties along US 52 between Rochester, MN and Rosemount, MN have completed a corridor study which recommends a long-term conversion of US 52 to a freeway between I-90 and I-494.  I've taken the study plan one step further with my ideas for interchange locations and configurations.  The second exit guide listed here represents the recommendations of the corridor study, along with completion of the planned reconstruction through Rochester.
